missingWrote a review on Dec 20unique dining experiencedated and cramped room
The restaurant on-site offers a unique dining experience with locally sourced ingredients, perfect for a hearty meal after a long day outdoors.
The room was incredibly small and dated, making it tough to move around comfortably, and the lack of basic amenities like a fridge was disappointing.

Genas's Sierra Inn exceeded my expectations in several ways. The close proximity to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks made it an ideal spot for exploring. My Queen Room felt cozy and clean, offering a pleasant atmosphere. The food at the on-site restaurant impressed me with its use of locally sourced ingredients, making for delicious meals after a day of hiking. However, there were some inconveniences. The shared bathroom facilities were a bit cramped, and there was a slight issue with noise from nearby traffic due to the location next to Highway 180. Nevertheless, the quick, helpful response from the staff when I realized I left a cherished photo behind was a highlight.

Yo, this spot's got great vibes, really cute cabin setup. Felt like glamping, and I loved the hand-built touches. Super friendly management, too! But man, wish the rooms had a small table for my coffee in the morning.

We loved the outdoor entertainment area and even went fishing nearby. The cabins had a unique charm and felt like glamping. The staff was super friendly and made our stay memorable. We really enjoyed the restaurant's locally sourced menu, perfect after a long day of exploring.
The only downside was the noise from the fast freeway nearby, which might be something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to sounds while sleeping.

Recommend it for families seeking adventure
We had a fantastic time, the good food at the restaurant was a real highlight, really generous portions, no kidding! I could see myself renting the cabins with my family again, it felt like a base for many adventures.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience we got, it was reasonable.
